A Convention of States!

February 27, 2018

A Convention of States!

America has been in a Post-Constitutional period for a long time.

Increasingly, leftist/socialists/”progressives” have gained control of the federal government, the Supreme and lower courts, education,  and many more components of American society and culture.

These crooks and traitors have done this by confiscating the wealth of hard-working citizens and redistributing it to a rapidly increasing segment of America’s population who have become slaves to governmental largess. These are now “shackled voters”, who according to the Marxist plan, are increasingly helplessly dependent upon the housing, other material gifts and cold cash that their socialist masters dispence to them. America’s open borders, as well as open borders in Europe, are the leftist well-spring’s of new dedicated voters fueling numerous cultural dominoes falling for the well known pathologies of  socialism and Islamic Radicalism.

All of this is augmented by the many strident leftist initiatives and anti-American political action groups. These and other progressive lobbyists joined with traitorous near-life-time politicians to destroy America’s Constitutional government and confiscate freedoms from our citizens.

Together, they and the radical leftist/socialist democratic party (aided by a minority of liberal republicans)  have increasingly educated and propagandized our youth against America’s Constitutional laws, its Free Market economy, and Judeo/Christian Faiths and moral values.

The obscene, illegal and murderous social and political chaos now pandemic in America is the perfectly predictable outcome of all of this.

Modern America would be an unrecognizable horror to our Founding Fathers.

America’s Founding Fathers feared this would happen and, amazingly, they provided a Constitutional remedy to protect against just such a cultural death spiral.

It brings great sadness to think of all who have fought to preserve our freedoms; especially those who were maimed or killed in all of America’s wars starting with the Revolutionary War and to this very day.

We should also remember the wives, children and families who suffered the sickening loss their loved ones who fought to protect our way of life…now threatened as never before.

War Time U.S. Military Deaths

In his Gettysburg Address, Abraham Lincoln most succinctly stated America’s hopes and dreams  for: A “government of the people, by the people, for the people” [that] “shall not perish from the earth.”

Tragically, thisgovernment of the people, by the people, for the people” IS now in the process of perishing from the earth!

We must now save America’s precious Representative Republic by using the gift of our little known 5th Constitutional Amendment; bequeathed to us by our amazingly prescient Founding Fathers. This must be done to preserve our remaining precious freedoms and to reverse increasing Federal governmental growth and dictatorial confiscations of state and citizens rights.

Please view the following and support its future initiatives.

Guns, Faith and Culture

February 25, 2018

Guns, Faith and Culture.

It should come as no surprise that traditional morality has declined to pitifully low levels in America. By this, I mean the traditional moral and ethical codes of conduct that are based upon the Judeo/Christian faiths and their derivations.

I have documented the decline of traditional American culture and social conduct in here my blogs since 2009, now approaching 1700 publications. I did the same as a university professor, when I changed my area of research to these matters in the 1980’s.

There are many corrective laws and encouragements that can be promulgated by our various levels of government. Also, there are those of us who are dedicated to showcasing America’s cultural and social decline. We hope to embolden everyone to fight the forces of our undoing in all available peaceful ways.

Yet, I struggle with one great fear. This fear is that, no matter what a secular government and an increasingly secular culture and society may do to reverse its own steady decline…nothing will work.

My grave concern is that nothing will work because there is no compelling reason to forsake the immediate pleasures that a population’s increasingly self-centered (“selfish”) behavior most quickly and most reliably secures.

Without God, and his sacred rules of conduct, there is no compelling reason to abandon our own selfish pleasures in order to only have a chance at securing the long-term benefits to ourselves and perhaps for society at large. What is it that will motivate us all to forestall or give-up immediate rewards in order to benefit others who will succeed us in the distant future?

As a doctoral student, I was trained that there is no such thing as human nature. I now know this is false.

Humans prone to pursue their own short-term rewards. They prefer that these rewards come faster not slower and larger not smaller. They also prefer that they come on a thicker schedule of occurrence,  that they come with greater convenience and less pain.

Humans also love to control the odds that their rewards will become bigger and faster, etc., and that means that they will strive to control their physical, social, political and geopolitical environs. Humans are prone to use their powers to reward, hurt or kill others to achieve these ends.

Unless there is some powerful counter-controlling force, they will use whatever methods most immediately provide these things that  human animals tend naturally covet.

Within any society, it takes a mighty powerful generally accepted  belief system to motivate its inhabitants to conduct themselves accordingly and to acculturate their children to do likewise.

Historically, mighty powerful belief systems have come in the form of a society’s chosen God, who must be obeyed in order that individuals and their society can gain favor and avoid a myriad of  terrifying cataclysmic events.

Often this Godly influence has been augmented by political leaders, kings, or dictators who use their God’s rules to control their population through the threat of slavery, banishment, imprisonment or execution. Many kings and dictators have even commandeered the status of a God in order further enhance their mighty powerful control of their subject’s beliefs and behavior patterns.

Since the Founding of America, a particularly pro-social and peaceful God has shaped the development of the United States. The attendant belief system is composed of Judeo/Christian precepts and rules for personal conduct defined good and evil behaviors for the worshiping majority of Americans.

Secular forces and political leftists  have relentlessly attacked this undeniable truth and have increasingly lied and propagandized to impose their own religion upon America. This failed religion is secular humanism and its “god” is humanity itself.

Though it has lost much of its power, the Judeo/Christian God-Based belief system has been so interwoven into the fabric of American culture, that it was also woven into the fabric of its Constitutionally based Representative Republic Government.

This assertion is incontrovertible. I hope you will read one, or both of the following two books to understand the undeniable true font of America’s Greatness.

1. Rediscovering God in America, by Newt Gingrich

2. One Nation Under God, by  David Gibbs with Jerry Newcombe

America’s Founding religious beliefs guaranteed HUGE fairly immediate and also deferred spiritual CONSEQUENCES for engaging in good or evil (bad) behaviors during one’s lifetime. Believers were promised the love and favor of God during their life-times. Also, huge delayed consequences were promised, heaven if one will believe and follow the Ten Commandments; hell if one did not. A strong belief in the personal and social advantages of God exerts, both then and now, strong peaceful and pro-social influences over human behavior.

Even if a strong belief in God begins to fade for the reasons stated above, the behavior patterns learned under this Godly belief system can persist for a time with some strength.

But for the generations that follow, without the sustaining religious belief system that sustains good behaviors and reduces bad population acts…the rate of selfish, short-sighted, hedonistic and corrupt behavior will increase with each successive generation.

This, I believe, is what we are witnessing in America and all around the developing world. The common denominator of these trends appears to be the growth of science-based beliefs and technologies that bolster human’s confidence in the their own ability to increasingly control their environments and other important events in their daily lives.

The majority of us appear to love science-based modern technologies and the amazing advantages and conveniences that we enjoy.

Sadly, these technological “gifts”  appear to be powerfully undermining the moral/ethical behavior of America.

The the thing I fear the most is that it is the proliferation of science-based technologies that have led to the growth of secular humanism and socialism leading to destructive forms of narcissism for leaders and extreme dependency and helplessness for followers. All of this correlating with increasing sociopathic/antisocial behavior for all.

I suspect that this self-destructive cycle has, along with other killing influences,  spelled the downfall of developing societies (a relative concept), for all time.

All living things are born, they live for a while, and then they die. So it also has been with cultures.

In the past I have fantasized that cultures, particularly America, can teach themselves how to live with increasing health for longer and longer intervals of time.

Now, and I hope I am wrong, my happy fantasy seems to be logically flawed. If it is ever to occur, even temporarily, it may take another of our great national tragedies to bring America again to its vital roots…roots that can only be found on our knees in prayer.

I endorse the importance of the following article and hope you will give it your close attention.

Why Americans Should Hate Liberalism #3

Why Americans Should Hate Liberalism #3

The following is a direct quote from Dr. Michael G. Martin’s book: Liberalism: The Demise of America .

Not only will it be well worth your time to read and think about these two paragraphs: It is your patriotic duty to do so.

America’s future hangs in the balance of a general understanding of the following  perceptions of reality.

Liberals want to change society so that there are no longer losers, malcontents, or the irresponsible. It is strange that the policies they tout involve perverse incentives, so these bad behaviors are actually promoted and incentivized. This applies to drug addiction, hard work, sexual responsibility, and the like. Liberals think compassion will change everything. They believe people are malleable and plastic, susceptible to change—but even if this were true, it must be accomplished though the proper incentives and social and economic context. They appear to be behaviorists, but yet they are employing perverse incentives to get change. This is a puzzle that defies comprehension.

It’s interesting that liberals believe they can change society and the nature of individuals when they don’t believe in individual responsibility or accountability for individuals. They see the life of the individual as being largely deterministic. That is to say, their behavior is shaped by social and environmental forces beyond their control. If an individual can’t affect his own life, how can liberals argue that they can change the nature of society and individuals? On the scale of the collective, then, they are basically acknowledging that they escape the thrall of determinism.

Perhaps the explanation is that they believe the common man is too stupid to affect his life, but that the elite—the smart people—can basically re-engineer not only themselves, the society, and the very nature of human beings themselves. Liberals are saying in effect, then, that the common man—really the stupid people—is totally malleable. He can be made into anything the liberal elite want, good or bad. There are strong assumptions here about not only human nature, but the influence of other unseen and not-understood forces that shape human behavior, as well as the ability of the liberal elite to engineer the wrenching change that they desire.

Kindle pages 261 and 262.

End Quote:

I am a behavioral psychologist and a great admirer of B. F. Skinner, perhaps the greatest psychologist of the 20th century.

Skinner and other behaviorists rightfully ascribe great power to the environment to shape the behavior patterns of humans and other animals. Furthermore, Skinner, as well as many behaviorists acknowledge the strength of genetic determinants upon human psychological adaptations as they interact and are influenced, in very complex ways, by a plethora of environmental influences.

It is important for Americans to understand that is no “free will”, in the sense that humans are totally free from genetic and environmental influences.

No population can escape the influences of their genetics, social and physical environments. The best that can be done, in my judgment, is to educate citizens about the scientific principles of these influences and also teach them to come under the control of the imperatives of survival for their own society, their own loved ones who will outlive them and their loved-ones who are yet to be born.

This bright future will require that Americans relearn the advantages of forsaking immediate gratifications in favor of highly beneficial long-term outcomes. It will also require that we again venerate and teach the compliance with rules of living and conduct that insure such future benefits.

My reading of American and World History has led me to conclude that the “Wisdom of the Ages” resides in the Judeo/Christian precepts and values for personal conduct that once helped make America great. The same can be said of other compatible religions of the world.

The teaching of, and compliance to, these precious guides for life are powerfully augmented when a society encourages the belief in a Higher Power than that of the self-destructive philosophy of secular humanism which forms the basis of liberalism,  progressivism, socialism and communism.

Only then we can we hope that our Constitutional Republic might endure thorough our representative democratic political process and citizen voter counter-controls on governmental actions.

Operant Behavior and Cultural Evolution

April 8, 2016

Operant Behavior and Cultural Evolution

B. F. Skinner is often credited with being the greatest psychologist of the 20th Century.

In my judgment, and that of countless others, Skinner deserves this special honor  because his prodigious research and writings gave birth to the psychological science of Behavior Analysis. Furthermore, his work also led to the development of the science and technology of Applied Behavior Analysis. Skinner’s efforts and that of his legions of followers has culminated in, and continues to yield, the world’s most powerful and practical applications of psychology to ameliorate human behavior problems. But, even better, the wise use of this behavior technology could lead to the prevention of human behavior problems!

One old saying is: “An Ounce Of Prevention is Worth a Pound of Cure”. This rule  could be one important the key to sociocultural longevity, if humans can be helped to care for such future outcomes.

Societies that do not teach their children and young adults about science-based findings about the environmental forces that shape human behavior patterns, as well as an effective moral code to their populations, fail to do so at their own great peril. The dramatically increasing behavior problems in America’s society, and others, provide stark support for this conclusion.

Some of B. F. Skinner’s prophetic words were published in 1971 in his powerful little book,  Beyond Freedom and Dignity. Please read the following samples of his writing with care and you may begin to understand one great source of America’s citizen’s behavior problems.

Then get the entire book and learn some essential information that relatively few citizens know.

Sample 1.

Twenty-five hundred years ago it might have been said that man understood himself as well as any other part of his world. Today he is the thing he understands least (Kindle Loc. 64).

In other words, as we have advanced our understanding in all other areas of science and technology, we have remained woefully ignorant of the psychological science and technology that shapes our own behavior patterns. Skinner also wrote about the fact that the health and longevity of all cultures rest upon the understanding and benevolent use of this science and technology of human behavior.

Sample 2.

In trying to solve the terrifying problems that face us in the world today, we naturally turn to the things we do best. We play from strength, and our strength is science and technology. To contain a population explosion we look for better methods of birth control. Threatened by a nuclear holocaust, we build bigger deterrent forces and anti-ballistic-missile systems. We try to stave off world famine with new foods and better ways of growing them. Improved sanitation and medicine will, we hope, control disease, better housing and transportation will solve the problems of the ghettos, and new ways of reducing or disposing of waste will stop the pollution of the environment. We can point to remarkable achievements in all these fields, and it is not surprising that we should try to extend them. But things grow steadily worse, and it is disheartening to find that technology itself is increasingly at fault. Sanitation and medicine have made the problems of population more acute, war has acquired a new horror with the invention of nuclear weapons, and the affluent pursuit of happiness is largely responsible for pollution. As Darlington has said, ‘Every new source from which man has increased his power on the earth has been used to diminish the prospects of his successors. All his progress has been made at the expense of damage to his environment which he cannot repair and could not foresee’.

Whether or not he could have foreseen the damage, man must repair it or all is lost. And he can do so if he will recognize the nature of the difficulty. The application of the physical and biological sciences alone will not solve our problems because the solutions lie in another field. Better contraceptives will control population only if people use them. New weapons may offset new defenses and vice versa, but a nuclear holocaust can be prevented only if the conditions under which nations make war can be changed. New methods of agriculture and medicine will not help if they are not practiced, and housing is a matter not only of buildings and cities but of how people live. Overcrowding can be corrected only by inducing people not to crowd, and the environment will continue to deteriorate until polluting practices are abandoned.

In short, we need to make vast changes in human behavior, and we cannot make them with the help of nothing more than physics or biology, no matter how hard we try (Kindle Loc. 31-50).

The powerful truth that B. F. Skinner has tried to explain to us is that our most enduring and damaging problems are a result of the ignorant management of our own individual and collective behavior. Furthermore, our ignorance can be remediated only if we will study the right available information and convert this knowledge into practice.

I have taught my psychological subject matter as a professor for 36 years and also taught and applied it within my a private practice for a similar duration. Over this time I have watched as America has all but destroyed itself, largely through the gross misapplication of these very elemental psychological principles.

I believe that certain sociopolitical and economic philosophies are compatible with, and naturally catalytic to, the societal integration of these elementary principles of psychology…and that is why they have consistently succeed.

It is clear to me that other sociopolitical and economic philosophies are naturally antithetical to these elementary principles of psychology and this is why they have consistently failed.

In my judgement, many important elementary principles of psychology are inherent in  conservative political and economic philosophies and practices. Although the resulting behavioral and cultural outcomes are never perfect, history demonstrates conservative principles are superior to those of other sociocultural designs. I judge that B. F. Skinner would not have agreed with many of my political/economic conclusions on this last matter and I am certain many of his followers do not.

On the other hand, the natural elemental principles of psychology, as implemented by progressive/socialist political and economic philosophies consistently damage motivation and most often lead to increased rates of maladaptive and self-destructive behavior among its citizens and leaders. These tragedies are are illustrated by the fact that socialist leaders normally gather the lions-share of power and material gains, at the great expense of their citizens….including the imprisonment and even death of over one hundred of million of them by starvation and execution. The arrested development, if not the horrific decline, of entire socialist/communist societies is clearly documented by history.

“Do The Right Thing”!…But, What Is “The Right Thing”!?

January 3, 2016

“Do The Right Thing”!

But, What Is “The Right Thing”!?

Well, it is often not so easy to know, exactly.

Of course for an increasing percent of Americans it is very hard to know what the right thing is; and the reasons should be obvious.

America’s increasingly progressive/socialist government has done everything it can to inculcate a unique religion, and its attendant beliefs and values, into its citizens. This, alone, makes it very difficult for more and more of our population to do “The Right Things”.

The word inculcate is a powerful word.

Common definitions of the word, inculcate, imply a great force in teaching; almost a “pounding” or a “grinding” of ideas and habits into an individual or a population, i.e., :

“To implant by repeated statement or admonition, to teach persistently and earnestly.”

“To cause or influence someone to accept an idea or feeling.”

Successful cultures powerfully teach, good ideas and feelings to their citizens. The word “good”, as I use it here, refers to beliefs and values that lead to healthy pro-social behaviors within a population and greater success for the evolving and teaching socioculture.

Successful cultures do not leave this important influence to chance. or the mere whim of individuals. By consistently teaching good ideas and values to citizens, they acquire a better understanding of “the right things” to do when they confronted with life’s constant barrage moral/ethical dilemmas. Moral and ethical dilemmas, which if handled effectively by individual members of a society increase the odds that their socioculture will prosper and survive.

Of course, there are no guarantees about such happy outcomes.

Societies can, and often do inculcate bad ideas and values into their citizens.

For example, the North Korean government uses constant propaganda in every avenue of its media, in public displays, and in the education of its children and youth to love, adore, venerate and obey its supreme leader. The Nazi’s inculcated the same ideology (and more) into its population, using similar methods. There are innumerable other examples throughout history.

Tragically, since the late 1950’s or early 1960’s, America began to incorporate some of the tyrannical practices of these dictatorial governments.

America’s increasingly progressive/socialistic government has worked feverishly to inculcate the religion of secular humanism into its citizens, and into all aspects of society. Even doing so to the point of weakening America’s Churches at every opportunity.

Secular humanism is simply incompatible with the belief in a Supreme Being, God’s Revealed Truths, and the eternal wisdom of its moral/ethical belief systems.

It is rank tyranny that all of America’s religious symbols, words, phrases, sentences, and art-forms, as well as the traditions of America’s founding Judaeo/Christian religions, are being driven from our public places, our classrooms, and our common language.

Where individuals hang-on to the remnants of America’s religious traditions, they are frequently marginalized and even punished with disrespect and social censure.

Those religion-based traditions that are allowed remain are sanitized of religious content or innuendo and secularized into simple economic advantages to commerce and governmental taxation.

These ruthless attacks upon Americas religion’s, morals and ethics continue via legal prosecution as well as the media’s persecution and ridicule of religion. The ongoing brutalization and pornification of the American families’ airwaves and cyberspace whets the all-too-human appetites of the masses in ways that are incompatible with with good beliefs, good values and good behaviors.

These attacks also continue through wide-spread State sponsored social-censure tactics euphemistically referred to as “political correctness”. A common tool used by totalitarian societies.

The truth will set you free, but first it will make you miserable!

The only way individuals can learn to do The Right Things is for America to recover its religiosity and to relearn its traditional conservative faith-based rules of moral and ethical conduct that were more prominent during America’s best years: The Golden Rule and the Ten Commandments.

A religion and its culture based upon frailties of  human intelligence, judgment with its passion for easy and fast rewards; along with its habitual pursuit of power, excitement and sensuous pleasures will always be a disaster in comparison.

Wake-Up America!

“The Conservative Mind” by Russell Kirk

“The Conservative Mind” by Russell Kirk

The actual title of this book is The Conservative mind: From Burke to Eliot.

This is no easy book to read, as it spans 501 pages and covers the concepts and precepts of Conservatism through history, through Russell Kirk’s own vast vocabulary and highly refined style of written expression.

Even well-educated readers will need to use a good dictionary should they wish to grasp much of his own writings and those of the great personages of history upon whom he elucidates and very frequently quotes. These quotations  are frequently written in a formal style and in the prose of centuries past.

Never the less, diligence will be rewarded with important insights into the origins of both conservative and liberal/progressive ideals. More importantly, the reader will see why conservative societies generally succeed (at least for a time) and why liberal/progressive societies (into which conservative societies tend to decline) generally fail.

America is now at enormous risk because it has abandoned is social and political conservatism and is rapidly evolving in the direction of the well-known socialistic/progressive ideals that generally spell disaster.

I have provided a significant number of short articles examining and critiquing the social/political philosophies of Conservatism, Libertarianism, Socialism and Progressivism.

At this time of steep American cultural decline, it is imperative that the voting public understand the main features of these engines of social change, as well as their typical evolutionary trajectories.

The fact that a great percentage of America’s (let alone the world’s) population will be unable to grasp the complexities of these philosophies and their deferred consequences to societies embodies a fearful revelation:

Relatively “free societies”, democracies and unbalanced representative republics (such as our own) normally devolve into rank socialism, and worse, when an increasingly indolent and dependent electorate learns to vote itself into the shackles of governmental largess.

I hope you will spend some time reviewing my articles that bear directly upon these concerns and the looming fate of your own society.

Please separately enter the words conservatism, libertarianism, socialism and progressivism in my search box on the upper right side of my main blog page. Think about these matters and then vote accordingly in all upcoming elections.

I will soon provide you with a series of commentary and important quotes from Russel Kirk’s, The Conservative Mind.

Obama: I Told You So #2

May 17, 2013

Obama: I told You So # 2
I posted the following on Oct. 28, 2010.  If you are tuned into the current scandals surrounding the Obama Administration, you need no further introduction to the following blog.

Obama: A Student, Teacher, Practitioner of the Alinsky School of Revolution

In his pamphlet on this topic, “Rules for Revolution”, David Horiwitz documents the strong connection between President Obama and Saul Alinsky, the radical revolutionary Saul Alinsky.

On page 13:

“Three of Obama’s mentors in Chicago were trained at the Alinsky Industrial Areas Foundation, and for several years Obama himself taught workshops on the Alinsky method”.

Page 14:

“‘On Barack Obama’s presidential campaign website, one could see a photo of Obama in a classroom “teaching students Alinskyan methods. He stood in front of a blackboard on which he has written, “Power Analysis’ and ‘ Relationships Built on Self Interest…”‘

On pages 14 and 15:

A summary of Obama’s Acorn involvement was described by the Wall Street Journal.

In 1991, he took time off from his law firm to run a voter-registration drive for Project Vote, an Acorn partner that was soon fully absorbed under the Acorn umbrella. The drive registered 135,00 voters and was considered a major factor in the upset victory of Democrat Carol Moseley Braun over incumbent Democratic Senator Alan Dixon in the 1992 Democratic Senate primary. Mr. Obama’s success made him a hot commodity on the community organizing circuit. He became a top trainer at Acorn’s Chicago conferences. In 1995, he became Acorn’s attorney, participating in a landmark case to force the state of Illinois to implement the federal Motor Voter Law. The law’s loose voter registration requirements would later be exploited by Acorn employees in an effort to flood voter rolls with fake names. In (1996), Mr. Obama filled out a questionnaire listing key supporters for his campaign for the Illinois Senate. He put Acorn first (it was not an alphabetical list).

End of all Quotes.

In the final analysis, though Alinsky was dead by the time Obama came on the scene, Obama was trained by Alinsky’s students and became a teacher of his socialist revolutionary strategies which were based upon deception, deceit and opportunism.

With Alinsky, “The issue is never the issue. The Issue is the revolution” (p. 10). The ends always justified the means.

With President Obama the issue is not health care, global warming, cap and trade, or stimulating the economy, etc., it is a revolutionary progressive transformation of a capitalistic society to a socialistic one.

“Why Can’t We Be Treated The Same?”

December 9, 2012

“Why Can’t We Be Treated The Same?”

This quote is taken from a Drudge Report found on my cell phone, 12/9/12.  It is a man’s response to questions while in a hospital after a “free” kidney transplant.

The hospital agreed to cover the expense of the transplant (I.e., pass it along to others who will pay).  It was reported that someone else will have to assist him to cover the expense of around $10,000 every year, for the rest of his life, for the medicines needed to maintain the health of his kidneys.

This fortunate man opined: “Why can’t we be treated the same”….”Health care should be a human right, not a privilege. At least give us a chance to fight for our lives with dignity.”

You might think that this is another heart-warming story of the miracles of modern medicine and one American’s dream of living a long and fulfilling life.

But for some of us, this feel-good story ends with the stunning revelation that the man with the new free kidney transplant is an illegal alien in America.

This man’s  dreams of “everyone being treated the same” appear to be predicated on the assumption that everyone who can illegally steal their way into America, is also entitled to steal other goods and services earned by the legal citizens of America. An America, over 16 trillion dollars in debt , now increasing taxes on a shrinking proportion of its productive population to barely sustain itself.

If you embrace a liberal/progressive world view , this may still sound like a warm-hearted humanitarian dream.

Even a staunch conservative might resonate to such a kind-hearted thought; but only for a few fleeting seconds. Then they will be slammed into confrontation with a very harsh and immutable reality.

It is estimated that there are approximately 7.5 billion people on earth!

Is America supposed to open its borders to all citizens who suffer among this vast and far-flung population? The countless needy could not fit within our borders.

Could America send its goods and services to everywhere in the world where they are needed? We would quickly be left with no goods and services for our own citizens.

Do you really think that the citizens of America (approaching 315 million) can extend care to all of the billions of citizens of the world in need?

Sir Winston Churchill once said: The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings. The inherent virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries”. (Referenced in Michael E. Newton’s book: The Path to Tyranny, p.140).

Taken one step further, the trading of the inherent vice of capitalism for the inherent virtue of socialism is tantamount to the greatest of vices: Suicide for all!

Wake-Up America!

More Killed In Name of Religion?!

January 5, 2012

More Killed In Name of Religion?!

I have heard this statement flippantly and confidently quipped by many. Much as if it is a self-evident Truth. I have heard this said, in all seriousness, by those who consider themselves to be religious people.

I generally dispute these statements. My first concern is where is the evidence of this and who did the math to prove that slanderous assertion. The answer is normally a passing reference to the Crusades or the Inquisitions. The debate then fades to what is essentially a matter of incalculable clashing, but incalculable opinions.

I want to thank Gonzo for sending me the following article. It provides some interesting (though I am sure, debatable) logic and  statistics with which to arm one’s self when debating the “More Killed By Religion” slander.

Whether you are religious or not, it is your responsibility to evaluate this issue carefully before you enter the debate.

Given the protracted secular humanist war on religion in Europe and America, and the continuing decline of these civilizations, I think the whole of Western Culture is at stake.

Evaluate the following and then have the courage to speak-up!
