Newt Gingrich on Activist Judges

The Blaze posted a short article and an interview of Newt Gingrich on the topic of activist judges and the ballance of power between the President, Congress, and the Judicial branches of our Constitutional Government.

I think that his views on this topic are on the mark. What do you think?

Be certain to watch the video: Let Gingrich speak for himself on this controversial matter.

The former Speaker, not only because he is a Historian,a professor of U.S.History and the Constitution,my opinion, understands with complete acuity the intentions our forefathers’had in framing, implementing the U..S.Constitution.The 3 branches of government were purposely established as checks and balances towards one another.A solid performance by Newt Gingrich in the video answering Bob Schieffer’s questions.
I would like to emphasize that our forefathers’ knew for this country to remain strong ,independent, self governing only a “REPUBLIC” form of government would suffice. The central core of a “REPUBLIC” ensures the Majority Limited, under a written Constitution safe- guards the rights of The Individual and The Minority.
The Elitist,Arrogant Intelligentsia, have placed this Country in great peril over time, replacing our “REPUBLIC form of government with a part Social,Democratic,Fascist governing body.We need to cleanse the populace thinking that ‘Big Government”is the solution and return to whence our Country was being governed as a “REPUBLIC”-WAKE UP AMERICA.

Huck, I will be featuring other information about why I will back Newt Gingrich at this point in time. I would like to see Newt go head to head with Obama. I do not think Obama can stand-up to him in a debate.
